Our goal is to foster healthy family bonding through shared activities. Families united in their pursuit of a healthy lifestyle tend to be more cohesive and community-oriented. By integrating sports and friendly competition, we aim to unite people around a common mission of success while promoting health consciousness and community involvement
The CCG prides itself on its inclusivity, welcoming participants of all ages between 8 and 65. The event caters to a diverse range of demographics, with categories for children aged 8-18, adults from 19-55, and seniors aged 55-65, enabling individuals to compete either individually or as part of a team. Each sport within the competition is tailored to provide competitors with opportunities for success, such as the men's and women's 40-yard dash for seniors aged 55-60, or the various age-specific dashes like the Men’s 19–25-year-old 100-yard dash and Women's 35–40-year-old 100-yard dash. These activities ensure that everyone has an equal chance to excel in their chosen sport across a range of disciplines. Our motto is: "No Challenge Is To Big...No Champion Is To Small, Participants Select Your Events!"
The CCG's approach ensures an equal playing field, regardless of age, allowing participants to engage in their preferred games and activities while fostering a spirit of healthy competition and camaraderie.
